Before plugging in the tablet, follow the Ugee instructions to install your driver. Krita 2.9.0 and 2.9.11 both work flawlessly with the following drivers and Windows 10įor owners like myself who are having more general problems with Ugee drivers, this article was a great help to me with a lot of the wacom issues with WIn10 also being issues here The takeway, after lots of trial and error with every permutation possible - DO NOT HAVE MULTIPLE TABLET DRIVERS INSTALLED! Uninstall all of them, from device manger if needed, and unplug your tablet then restart. Krita 3.0.1.1 has the same bug for me, reproducible with both drivers from Ugee.cn and websites. So thank you so much for telling me I could email them for the driver! Hopefully that driver will help my issues, and good luck on yours too! It sounds a whole lot worse than my simple lag.I was experiencing this problem out of the box with the Ugee UG-2150 I couldn't find the driver on ugee's website for ages and my old copy of the driver doesn't work anymore. It appeared that 99% of the people who asked about this issue on the internet solved by updating their tablet driver, but their tablets were all wacom or something less ancient. However, I found this super annoying issue where the pen lags at the beginning of each stroke and makes straight lines (interestingly only in photoshop/animate/krita and not in MS paint of all things). Thanks so much! I am using my ancient ugee M1000L and my current new windows 10 computer never got the driver for it but worked when I plugged in. Literally like the first post on this thread r/UGEEusers, so thanks so much for introducing me to this subreddit! It fixed my cursor lag issue completely holy sht i tried to uninstall and roll back the windows update and shit got worse- it even removed the option to check for windows updates all together and google and windows registry tips helped - service key etc- run command- change some code and 4 to 0's etc -and i managed to get the calibration done and can draw with it again - the updates panel however for windows - i kinda f-ed up but it atleast shows options now - im trying to figure out how to fix it without it messing with my calibration again - if anyone has tips please let me know.Ī number of other artists from what ive read are having similar issues - its windows - not your ugee tablet. i draw with both gimp and clip studio and both draw jagged which is what further tipped me off - DO NOT PLAY IN YOUR DRAWING APP SETTINGS THINKING ITS THE PROGRAM - i spent 2 days trying to uninstall the program and re install it - i updated my drivers from device manager. anyway - the problem with the new laptop - 1 year old- started when windows UPDATED once again and something didnt mesh well with my ugee program keeping it from calibrating with the 4 pointer option. My board calibrated with its pen perfectly fine since my new laptop - my old one was windows 8 and had some constant network adapter issues, cldnt connect to wifi -etc. ugee no longer posts the drivers listing for the 1910b - I always save my zip files just incase and that's what saved me - however - you can email them for the updated version - its the 2018 may version though - (it works well for some and others reported bugs) that's the last update they had - possibly discontinued or being updated - but you can email them - I got a reply in 24 hours with a link to download it- ([ - I genuinely hope this helps someone or can even post a link to theirs for others. I assure you it is not the board, stylus or program depending on if it gave no prior issue or if there wasn't an update. I have however been through 2 laptops with it. My UGEE 1910B is 5 years old or so - and hasn't given me issues in itself - am still on the first stylus pen and cords etc. I'm posting this here to help those who are having similar issues know what to expect.
